This policy explains how NA CarClinic handles the personal data you send us through the website, by phone or on Viber.
Who handles the data
Controller: E-Moto EOOD (UIC 207659197), registered office: 28 Osvobozhdenie Blvd, fl. 8, apt. 45, Karlovo, Bulgaria, represented by its manager Plamen Stoyanov Velikov. Trading as NA CarClinic.

What we collect
Name, phone, email, VIN or auction link, photos of the car and a message, if you send them. The server also logs technical data (IP address, browser) needed for security.
Why
To assess the car, send you a quote and contact you about your request. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
How long
Requests that don’t lead to a contract are kept for up to 12 months. Contract records are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Who else sees it
Our website and form host (Netlify, Inc.), under a data processing agreement. Google and Microsoft receive data only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies. We never sell data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to office@carclinic.bg. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
